WHAT'S INCLUDED
  • Exclusive use of venue for decorating, rehearsal, ceremony and/or reception.
  • Indoor Seating for 165 guests
  • Large, open area next to the barn can be used for tents, tables, reception or ceremony. Hosts can arrange outdoor seating and tents for an additional fee.
  • Round tables, chairs, and white linen tablecloths
  • Rectangular tables for food, cake, and guest book
  • Head table with backdrop
  • Selection of decor to choose from or bring your own or both.
  • Multiple locations on the farm to take pictures.
  • Indoor PA System
  • Firepit
  • Ample parking available in grassy area.
  • Cleanup after your event and trash removal. Excludes personal decor, gifts, leftover food and items brought to the venue.
  • NEW FOR 2025: Onsite catering options available.

RENTAL RATES

  • Weekend package includes Friday 10 am – 9 pm, Saturday 10 am – Midnight, and Sunday 9 am – Noon. 
  • $500 deposit required at booking and will be applied to the amount owed.
  • Cash, check, credit or Venmo accepted
  • Payment plans accepted
  • Weekend package for 2025 is $3500

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Decor

    We have a selection to choose from or you can bring your own or both.

  • Setup

    We will have the tables and chairs setup before you arrive.

  • Cleanup

    We will clean and pick up the garbage after your reception on Saturday. You just need to remove anything that is brought with you, including decor, gifts, leftover food, etc.

  • Tables/Chairs

    We have enough seating for 165 guests which is the limit for inside the barn. You are welcome to rent additional seating or equipment to be used outdoors.

  • Outdoor Amenities

    A firepit is available. There is ample parking available in a large grassy area.

  • Alcohol

    We don't serve or provide alcohol. You are welcome to serve at your event, following any state laws and regulations along with conditions outlined in the contract.

Been to their fall market for 3 years, and every year it continues to be more activities and family fun. We buy our pumpkins, from them every year. They have vendors, food trucks and much more. This evening we enjoyed the flash light night corn maze. I highly recommend visiting Beckman Heritage Farms for an amazing time and activities for your family.

We held our daughter’s high school graduation party here. The Beckman family was fantastic to work with! Several of those who attended complimented the beauty of the venue and the peace and quiet offered by the farm setting. The barn provided enough space for people to move comfortable. It was a perfect spot to celebrate our daughter and highly recommend for all events!
